Would you like to reserve a hotel or to rent apartments in Ukraine?

Tourist , guest and anybody who arrives to Ukraine face with the necessity of residence in a period of stay. It is very well when a company or a tour agent already took care of you and provided apartments. But if it is not so?
In Ukraine, (for example in Kiev) since 2000, business under the name «Rent apartments for 24 hours’» is roughly growing. Let’s look into what their advantage and disadvantage in comparison with hotels.
In most cases, rent apartment for 24 hour’s, you work with physical person which does not have legal basis to carry on this business. The Internet sites are the main field for the client getting which did not go to the hotel. Many of them are translated into English and directed to the foreign citizens. But it does not mean that quality of provided services is below than in a hotel. Apartments also can be Luxe, Economy, and Standard. They can be from simple to suites. They equipped with plasma, necessary domestic technique, Jacuzzi, satellite television, have own parking.
Main advantages:
It is cheaper. To keep apartment, it is much cheaper, than personnel of hotel payment. In most cases, one governess works to the several apartments.
It is universally. So fact that apartment is one, it is allows to choose for you the most suitable variant on the geographical location to the place of destination. It is not necessity for you to reach from a hotel; you can rent apartment far nearer.
It is confidentially. Renting apartment, it probably will be in a dwelling-house, and you will maximally remain not noticed. In a hotel, you are in full view.
It is accessible. You can always rent apartment, as there can be not places in the hotel.
It is quickly. If you reserve a room in a hotel, you need to make a prepayment, and then in case of rent apartments for 24 hour’s, you pay in fact of arrival and settling.
Disadvantage:
It is unreliability. Try to rent in approved people; for example, ask among the acquaintances, possibly they have already used services of rent apartments.
It is service. If you like to sit in bars, to have a drink whisky, it is not your variant. As rent apartment, bars are out of discussion. But you will have an occasion to go for a walk in a city, searching a bar. Also forget about a maid. On arrival you can appeal to the tourist company which will engage in your accompaniment, and will organize receiving in Ukraine.
Now according to the cost
Average cost of residence in a hotel will make 150 USD for 24 hour’s (Kiev).
Average cost of rent apartment, will make 90 USD for 24 hour’s (Kiev).
As you see, rent apartment is a little bit cheaper than a room in a hotel.
